In this acrobatics course, we will work together on a variety of types of floor, throwing and sling acrobatics. Starting with building up strength and the basic floor acrobatics elements, we will learn the prerequisites for partner, throwing and sling elements. We will learn and use a variety of techniques from cheerleading, sports acrobatics and circus acrobatics.

The course is aimed at young people and adults with previous experience in acrobatics

The focus of the acrobatics course on offer is on learning forms and sequences in pairs, with people spotting. At the beginning there is a joint warm-up, and then, in an interplay between content input for everyone and individual testing, we deepen what we already know and try out new things. At the end there is a phase of free practice. In terms of content, we work with a standing base and a lying L-base. There is input for both beginners and advanced students.
